Who is responsible?
ZZZ Media Ltd, based in the United Kingdom, operates PackLabz and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For enquiries or privacy requests, email zzzmediauk@gmail.com.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message so that PackLabz can respond and discuss potential trades. Please only include what is needed for your enquiry, and avoid sending postal addresses, payment details or sensitive information in the initial message.
We rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries and protect the form from abuse: communicating with people who contact PackLabz and keeping that communication secure. Enquiries are not a mailing-list subscription.
Services involved
Messages pass through Web3Forms to our Gmail mailbox, provided by Google. Our website hosting provider may record technical information such as IP addresses and request times for operation and security. Only people who need the information to deal with your enquiry should access it.
Web3Forms says it uses infrastructure and spam-filtering providers, may process data internationally including in India, and may retain submissions for up to three years, subject to its plan and deletion settings. Its privacy policy and linked data processing agreement describe these arrangements.
When you enable the security check, hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) receives technical and interaction data, such as IP address, browser details and challenge responses, to assess whether the submission is human. It may process information in the United States. Read the hCaptcha privacy policy and terms.
These services may process information outside the UK. Web3Forms describes contractual safeguards in its data processing agreement; hCaptcha describes transfer mechanisms in its privacy policy. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry. Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy.
How long information is kept
Our retention policy is to delete enquiry messages and contact details within 28 days after the enquiry is resolved. This includes our mailbox and any submissions held in our Web3Forms account. If a specific legal obligation or dispute requires us to retain a record longer, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose and explain the reason on request. Service-provider security logs and residual backups may follow separate retention schedules; provider policies describe those practices.
Cookies and external services
The supplied site code has no analytics, advertising scripts, embedded videos, tracking pixels or browser storage. Card images, fonts and other artwork are served locally. Links to YouTube and image sources take you to external websites with their own policies.
hCaptcha is not loaded during ordinary browsing: it loads after you press “Enable security check”. It may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its policy. Reloading the page stops this site from loading hCaptcha again until you choose to enable it; this does not erase information already sent or remove existing third-party cookies.
You can contact us by email instead if you do not wish to enable hCaptcha. Our supplied website uses no optional analytics or advertising cookies. Security services may use necessary storage to protect the service; their policies explain their use of cookies and similar technologies.
Your choices and rights
You do not have to send an enquiry. Subject to the applicable conditions, you can ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where that right applies. To exercise your rights, email zzzmediauk@gmail.com. We normally respond within one month; we will explain if a permitted extension is needed.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. There is no automated decision-making about trades on this website; the security check only helps detect automated form abuse.
Younger collectors
If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian to handle trade enquiries and contact details. Do not send your home address or other private information. This request does not replace the operator’s responsibility to assess privacy safeguards for younger visitors.
